Thank You Grandma for Teaching Me to Pray
Often times, when we’re faced with life challenges, it becomes difficult to focus on what we know. The pressures of life can make us feel lost. Kim is moving on to the next phase of her life and her faith is tested. Will she remember what her Grandma taught her about praying or will she become frustrated?
In “Grandma Teach Me to Pray,” the first book in the series, the A.C.T.S. format serves as a robust model for prayer. A.C.T.S. stands for adoration, confession, thanksgiving, and supplication (or supply needs), offering a comprehensive framework for a meaningful prayer life.

Praising God for who he is and what he has done.

Psalm 51:10-13– Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from your presence and take not Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation and uphold me with a willing spirit. - Thanksgiving
Thanking God for all he has done for us.
Psalm 100:4-5- Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations. - Supplication
